Modular tracked armoured vehicle
TULPAR is a multi-purpose tracked platform with weight options from 28,000 to 45,000 kg. Common components and a single chassis across a wide family of vehicles increase operational flexibility, simplify logistics and reduce the training burden.

Platform
One chassis, a family of vehicles
The common platform supports a light tank, infantry fighting vehicle, armoured personnel carrier, reconnaissance, command, air-defence, ambulance, armoured recovery and mortar vehicles.
TULPAR combines high firepower, modularity and growth potential, adapting to current and future requirements.

Mobility
Powerpack of up to 1,100 hp
The powerpack sits at the front of the hull: a turbocharged diesel of 700 to 1,100 hp with an automatic transmission. Torsion bar suspension carries seven dual rubber-tyred road wheels per side. An automatic tensioning system adjusts track tension to road conditions.
Survivability
Protection to STANAG 4569
TULPAR protection addresses mines, IEDs, shaped-charge and kinetic threats as well as CBRN hazards. The design has been tested and certified for structural integrity and crew survivability against mine blast and ballistic threats to NATO STANAG 4569.
Situational awareness, sensors and communications give the crew maximum convenience. CBRN protection and automatic fire suppression are standard.

Firepower
From 7.62 to 120 mm
High modularity allows TULPAR to be fitted with manned or unmanned weapon systems from 7.62 to 120 mm, as well as air-defence systems and mortars.
Electronics
ARMATRONICS digital backbone
ARMATRONICS provides a digital backbone for easy integration of new mission systems. It monitors and controls subsystems in real time to prevent critical failures on the battlefield. The electrical and electronic architecture supports all vehicle variants and mission systems.
